Help Thy Neighbor Heating Fund

The Help Thy Neighbor Heating Fund is a collaboration among the state of Indiana, Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Inc. and Indiana’s natural gas utility companies. The Fund is held by Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, Inc., a Section 501(c) (3) charitable organization.

Thank you to all the individual donors and companies that supported this heating program.  Applications are no longer being accepted.  Individuals needing assistance are encouraged to contact the customer service area of their utility company.
